FREE MEDITATION (BELOW) ON HOLD FOR THE REMAINDER OF WINTER - WILL START AGAIN SOMETIME IN SPRING!!!

FREE meditation every Wednesday morning during school terms 6.30am at Merewether Beach - (unless heavy rain - will post to instagram/facebook if cancelled the morning of)

BYO towel and meet on the sand just to left of the life guard tower (if looking at the beach) while the weather is still warm! We will sit between 20 and 30 mins with breaks whenever you need - you can stay as long or as little as you like.

You don't have to have meditated before - I will give a brief talk on the technique we will be using and will instruct the group each session before and at points during the meditation. I will be available for any questions afterwards and it is my intention to empower you to create/build on your own practice. Regular meditators more than welcome!

Post meditation swim highly recommended.
