Stress has very much become one of the biggest contributors to physical and mental imbalance in our world today. Perhaps the more worrying fact is that these prevalent and varying states of stress have become so normal, that most people don’t realise how it is affecting their lives and health! Deep relaxation is the key to finding the balance again, and is essential for maintaining health and wellbeing in our fast paced world. Join me for this two hour workshop where you will learn about and engage in a series of practises to leave you feeling deeply rested and restored.
You will learn:
- The meaning and importance of deep relaxation – how the nervous system is affected and how we can help the body’s natural healing process with this simple practice
- The benefits of deep relaxation on our physical, mental and emotional health
- HOW to practise at home using a range of techniques
- Take home guided relaxations to practice in your own time
